The sale is located in Claremont subdivision in Flat Rock, NC. From Greenville Hwy (Hwy 25) turn onto Claremont Dr 0.8 mi Turn Left onto Sunningdale Dr 0.2 miles the house will be on your left. Do not park in the cut-de-sac. Carl will be there to assist with parking. Do not park on the neighbors yards, block their driveways or mailboxes. Note: We reserve the right to open early due to crowd size, weather or parking concerns. Thank you.
