Though we do our best, respectfully, we are unable to respond to all messages or calls about pricing or availability ahead of the sale unless it explicitly states “available for presale”. Please come early if there's something special you want to purchase!

This is an on-site sale. All items are sold as is where is with no implied warranty or guarantee. All sales are final. Our sales accept cash, and credit cards and Venmo are accepted with an additional 3% surcharge. Sold items must be picked up before the end of the sale, or pick up arrangements must be made before the end of the sale. The buyer is responsible for moving all items and no help will is guaranteed. A sign up sheet will posted by the front door by 9 pm the night before the sale. This list is only for folks who want to be among the first inside when we open. You don’t have to sign in to enter.
