2. All online transactions will be processed through our online platforms and a valid credit card must be on file to register in person. Cash and credit card transactions will be accepted at the live sale. Applicable buyer's premiums and taxes will apply.
3. If you have a Tax Exemption, please contact our platforms and ensure your profile is vetted and set up correctly. We cannot do this for you.
4. All Invoices must be paid on the day of the auction and before any items are removed from the premises.
5. Any items paid for but not picked up or shipping arrangements made will be considered abandoned. There are no refunds! IF you plan to have something shipped but needs to be held for an extended period at an offsite location. Please reach out to us in advance to ensure we have the space and to make storage arrangements. Additional fees will apply.
6. Help loading large items in your vehicle is available for an additional $30. Payments can be made the day of via CC processing or cash. WE STRONGLY encourage everyone to bring help to load your items. We are a small operation and often, people show up expecting us to help, but in reality, this slows down our pick-up schedule. If you need help – email us in advance so we are prepared. info@jpacmg.com
7. All sales are as is, where is without guarantee or warranty. There are no REFUNDS!
8. Auction personnel can participate in the auction with a valid bidder registration.
9. When applicable, all Fire-Arms transactions must be processed through and picked up at our announced FFL for proper ownership transfer. Additional transfer fees of $30 apply, paid to the FFL

d All invoices must be paid in full prior to FFL processing.
e Buyers understand that there is no refunds if they cannot pass a background check and or if they purchased a firearm that cannot be shipped to their state
10. Our buyer's premium is 18%, plus 7% NC Sales Tax.
11. Theft/Injury. J-PAC Auction Co. and the estate are not liable for theft or bodily injury while on premises.
12. We try to describe the items in the catalog available for auction to the best of our abilities. Any errors during picturing or in the description does not negate the buyer from their purchase. Please do your research as a buyer before bidding on items. Again, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!
13. Small parcel shipping is an option. Please email info@jpacmg.com for shipping needs. Additional packing, processing, and shipping fees will apply.
14. Local Delivery is an option. Don't hesitate to contact OWE Moving Services at 704-914-7120 for delivery options. For any invoices that will be delivered, we will need the buyer's consent via email to release the invoice once it’s paid in full to OWE.
15. ALL Auction DAY Announcements supersede any previously posted.

Payment Instructions: Online at the close of the sale. 18% Buyer's Premium and NC Sales tax; 7% applies to all non-titled items. PAYMENTS – any invoices over $2,000 can be paid via CC online; we accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. Any invoices exceeding $2,000.01 will require payment via certified check or ACH Wire. All transactions will be charged immediately following the auction using the credit card on file (provided at the time of registration) unless the invoice exceeds $2,000.01. Successful bidders with invoices over $2,000.01 should pay by certified check from a national bank. Checks must be sent within 24 hours after the auction ends. If payment is not received, we will attempt to collect by charging the credit card on file for the full amount or any amount less than the purchase price. No item will be released until satisfactory U.S. funds have been received.
