You can make a bid by sending it to Finderskeeperses@gmail.com or you can text it to 704-747-4982. The other way is to just wait til the sale begins, and you can bid under the tent where these items are located. The information I will need on your bid is your name, cell number, bid amount, and the item number you are bidding on. You will receive a message from me that I have received your bid. I will also give you a bidding number to use. You will not need a bidding number if you bid on site. Shipping is available for 4 of the items which are items #1, 2, 5 and 6, but the 2 signs would be too hard to ship, So they would have to be picked up by the winning bidder. This is an estate sale of racing historian Charlie Craig. Charlie accomplished much in his life and was very respected. This is an awesome man cave type sale that you don't want to miss.
There will be some items that the price will say firm. These items will not be reduced from the price shown. You will see many rare items that I feel is a once in a lifetime opportunity to own.
The following is a little about Charlie Craig's life and what he accomplished.
Charlie has restored many cars and race cars. Was a custom painter and one of the best pin striper you could find. Charlie hand lettered many race cars over the years. He was one of the best pro model car builders around and was the captain at the local volunteer fire department. He worked for the county police on unsolved crimes.
Charlie had a show called "Racing Around The Carolinas". He interviewed many famous race car drivers over the years and was a friend to many of them. He held a large car show every fall at his home for charity. Many famous and local racers attended and brought their race cars. He literally has a museum of rare items at his home that was accumulated over his lifetime. Charlie was the racing historian on Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s show called Forgotten Speedways. That episode was about the old Metrolina Speedway in Charlotte.
