* If you are disrespectful to our staff or any other individuals during the sale you will be asked to leave and this does include speaking negatively regarding prices, etc. In other words please leave your negative comments in the car, we try our best but are not perfect
* If you are caught stealing you will be prosecuted
* Please do not pull the tag on an item or put the item on hold unless you plan on purchasing the item
* Please do not switch price tags!(Price tag switching is considered stealing and we will prosecute) nor hide items to come back and get on discount day
* We reserve the right to limit the number of individuals into home at one time and will also request a single file line before entering. Weather is getting colder so please feel free to wait in your car until we get there.
* All items must be out by 5pm on the last day of sale
* Forms of payment are checks, cash and credit cards
* We take all information on credit card transactions, if u dispute your credit card charge after the purchase you will be blocked from future credit card purchases

Due to the large number of items left we are going to have another 1 day 50% off sale! Hours are 11am til 6pm!! Homeowner wants it all gone! There was so much in this house to begin with and we sold tons but still have tons!! Tons of coke items left and if you are interested in buying all of them for one price that is an option! Tons of albums and 45s, milk glass, dolls, kitchenware, Vtg linens, cookie jars, cookbooks, Aigner pocketbooks, tons of clothing, wrought iron patio set, Vtg sage green full bedroom set, china cabinet, solid cedar full bedroom set, Avon bottles, glass baskets, 1950s coke cooler, restored Hoosier cabinet, red Hoosier cabinet, jukebox type stereo and tons more!! I will put numbers out at 10am on Friday at the end of driveway! Please remember to park across the road from the house and not in housing development! Hope to see you guys again Friday!
