2. Please Bring Movers To Load Your Heavy Items*. If tools are needed, please provide your own.
* In some cases you may be asked to return to the sale to load items at a later time especially heavy, bulky items from smaller spaces during busy
sale times
3. Payment accepted: Apple Pay, Google Pay, All Major Credit & Debit Card (+3%fee), and CASH--No Checks!

5. Enter at your own risk. Market City Estate Sales nor the homeowner will be held liable for accidents.

This setup will begin the second week of November.
Many things will need to be unpacked from boxes before we can list what will be for sale.
