* You MUST Bring moving help!! Our staff does not move furniture. Take items at time of purchase or get moved outside for pick up prior to sale ending time. No exceptions. We are not responsible for items not taken at time of purchase.
**Bring packaging and moving materials -Any damage made to walls /Floors will be buyer responsibility to repair at their expense.
*Tag system in place. Your name and phone number must be on the top part of the tag in order to claim it. Pay for immediately at check out. (Be sure to tear off the bottom portion of the tag to claim the item) Do not Pull a tag if you are not committed to purchasing it. Items will be re-tagged if not purchased within 30 minutes. Items you can pick up, please take to the holding area.
