We accept cash and credit cards except American Express. A 3% service fee will be applied for use of debit or credit cards.
A limited amount of persons will be allowed on the premise. Numbers will be passed out one (1) hour prior to the sale for entry into the residence. You must be present when your number is called. If you are not present, you’ll need a new number.
No discounts on first day of sale.
All sales are final and sold as is.
Buyer is responsible for inspection and assessment of items to determine authenticity and should pay accordingly.
No refunds, no warranties, no exceptions.
No oversized purses, shopping bags or backpacks allowed at the sale.
