GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!! – Welcome to our dad’s home. We are having a 2 day event on the 11th (9a-4p) and 12th (10a-4p) of October. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over any advertisements written or oral. Please be thoughtful of those around you. Ugly language or behavior will not be allowed. WE DO NOT ALLOW LARGE HANDBAGS INSIDE HOME. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES, NO PUBLIC RESTROOM. Please be careful while shopping, If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
Please be respectful of neighbors when parking. Please, Do not block driveways. There is plenty of church parking a short distance away if needed.
Number of guests inside may be limited to a certain number at a time. NUMBERS WILL BE PUT OUT ONE HOUR PRIOR TO SALE EACH DAY. Doors will open at published time each day.
We will accept Cash, and Credit (swipe, tap, apple pay) through Square and there will be a 4% fee for credit card purchases.
All sales final. Everything sold where is, as is. No guarantees of operation. No refunds, please be sure to examine closely before purchase. Clocks are as is as well..Most all are in great working condition but there are a few that needs help or can be used for parts.
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Sale attendees assume all risks occurring before, during, and after sale while on estate property. Please be careful removing furniture and items from house, you will be responsible for any damage done to house or property.
We will have limited bag/boxes but will have some for use, please bring your own if you would like.
Buyers are responsible for removal of all purchased property no matter how small or large by the end of the second day, unless arrangements are made with cashier. Please bring muscle to help with large item removal as we do not have the staff to help.
Prices are NOT negotiable first day of sale, but discounts will happen after the first day. Please know if anyone is caught stealing, the police will be called and will handle the situation.
