* If you are purchasing furniture and larger items please bring your own help to move
* If you are disrespectful to our staff or any other individuals during the sale you will be asked to leave and this does include speaking negatively regarding prices, etc. In other words please leave your negative comments in the car, we try our best but are not perfect
* If you are caught stealing you will be prosecuted
* Please do not pull the tag on an item or put the item on hold unless you plan on purchasing the item
* Please do not switch price tags!(Price tag switching is considered stealing and we will prosecute) nor hide items to come back and get on discount day
* We reserve the right to limit the number of individuals into home at one time and will also request a single file line before entering. Weather is getting colder so please feel free to wait in your car until we get there.
* All items must be out by 5pm on last day of sale

* We take all information on credit card transactions, if u dispute your credit card charge after the purchase you will be blocked from future credit card purchases

We're in the Grande off Lake Jeanette for this wonderful estate sale full of beautiful items! All furniture is in excellent condition and comes from a smoke free pet free home. Some of the furniture pieces available is a mid century Drexel Perspective desk, Furnitureland South trestle dining table and 6 chairs, Large burl wood tv cabinet, full iron bed, vtg patio set which includes a table and 4 chairs, sofa, coffee table and end table, a Kincaid diaplay cabinet, 4 oak dining chairs, 2 sofas, large leather top ottoman, antique feed grain box, mahogany china cabinet, pair of end tables, Ethan Allen bar, pair of leather barstools, a recliner, pair of mahogany nightstands, and more! We also have an aluminum Grumman canoe in excellent condition, just needs a good bath. There are also some large beautiful rugs, lots of lamps, pyrex, lots of books, a few albums, 3 Christmas trees, a pressure washer, wine glasses, an aluminum cooler on legs, a bronze crane, beautiful artwork, aluminum foldable wheelchair ramp, brand new coleman cots, nice pillows and comforters and more!! Home is located in a cul-de-sac so please do not park in the middle, park along one side (HOA only allows parking on one side, other side will be coned off).
