* If you are purchasing furniture and larger items please bring your own help to move
* If you are disrespectful to our staff or any other individuals during the sale you will be asked to leave and this does include speaking negatively regarding prices, etc. In other words please leave your negative comments in the car, we try our best but are not perfect
* If you are caught stealing you will be prosecuted
* Please do not pull the tag on an item or put the item on hold unless you plan on purchasing the item
* Please do not switch price tags!(Price tag switching is considered stealing and we will prosecute) nor hide items to come back and get on discount day
* We reserve the right to limit the number of individuals into home at one time and will also request a single file line before entering. Weather is getting colder so please feel free to wait in your car until we get there.

50% off on Sunday hours are 1pm-4pm. Numbers will be out at 12 noon. Small downsizing sale in the Gables in High Point. All items are smoke and pet free and super clean! Some of the items available are a Victrola in great condition, a Lazyboy leather sofa set, a brand new hospital bed, 2 dining tables, oak hutch, Christmas items, Norman Rockwell figurines, kitchenware and china, 2 aluminum ladders and more! Curbed parking in the development so we shouldn't have any parking issues. Please do not block neighbors mailboxes or driveways. Numbers will be put out at 9am on Saturday and please bring help to load if you plan on buying bigger items.
