Numbers will be given out 1 hour before sale start time each day. Entrance and exit will be thru front door.
We do not honor homemade signup sheets.
Cash is preferred at the sale, but cards and checks will be accepted. Also accept Paypal, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo. Tax will be charged as it became law in NC on 2-2020 for auctions and estate sells. Very sorry about this tax charged.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, SOLD AS IS, NO RETURNS. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect each item they are purchasing. No previews or pre-sales prior to sale.
We are unable to quote prices prior to sale day.
All items must be removed by end of sale. Please plan to load your items yourself as we may or may not have anyone available to assist.

Weather may cause us to change the dates as right now that weekend is calling for snow? But that can definitely change in a week. We'll just keep watching the weather to see if it does change.

This home is packed with great collectibles. The home is only 1500 square feet, so I will only be able to let 35 in when we start. Due to the cold weather, I will have a signup sheet for everyone after the first 35. All I will need is your cell number and the number of people. I will text each person when its time to come in. This way, you can sit in your car and stay warm. I will work people in as quickly as possible. Thanks for your understanding.

The late homeowner was an amazing artist. There are tons of items in the home that she painted, and her artwork is just stunning.
