GENERAL POLICIES
-Entry Numbers: Numbers will be handed out by our staff approximately one hour before the sale opens. We do not honor outside or handwritten sign-up sheets.
-Sold Stickers: Only Clover Collections team members may place “sold” stickers. If you're ready to purchase, ask a staff member for a sticker. Please do not set aside items unless you intend to purchase them—this prevents others from having a fair chance to buy.
-All Sales Final: All items are sold as-is, where-is. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or guarantees—especially on electronics. Please inspect and test items before purchasing.
-Pricing & Discounts: Prices are firm on the first day of the sale. Discounts will be introduced throughout the event on following days.
-Large Item Pickup: All large items must be removed at least two hours before closing on the final day, unless prior arrangements are made. Please bring your own muscle—our team cannot help with loading.
-Item Handling: If you decide not to purchase something you’ve picked up, please return it to its original spot or hand it to a staff member. Don’t leave items in random areas—this causes confusion and missed opportunities.
-Break It, Buy It: You are responsible for any items you damage during the sale.
-No Food or Drink Inside: Please help us preserve the home and items by keeping food and beverages outside—and do not leave trash on the porch.
-No Pre-Sales or Price Quotes Before the Sale: We do not offer pricing or allow early purchases in advance of the sale dates.
-Theft Policy: We take theft seriously. If any theft occurs, we will contact law enforcement immediately.
