Terms of Tag Sale:
1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.
Estate tag sale to be conducted in Lexington, N.C. on Friday April 11th from 10:00am to 3:00pm and Saturday April 12th from 9:00am-2:00pm. Sale will feature antiques, furniture, collectibles, primitives, lots of dolls including Cabbage Patch and Barbie, China, kitchenware, household, lots of books, some outdoor items, and more.
