ALL SALES AND BIDS ARE FINAL AND ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITHOUT EXCEPTION. THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, AND NO SHIPPING.

All descriptions are believed to be accurate, inspection of items are encouraged. A 20% buyer's premium and sales tax will be added to every item sold. There will be a surcharge fee added to your total for the use of a credit card.

This auction is pick-up only. No items will be released until payment in full has been received. All items must be picked up during the scheduled pick up times by appointment only. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING THAT TIME WILL BE SUBJECT TO FORFEITURE, WITH NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES - NO EXCEPTIONS. Items will be resold, disposed of, or donated. It is the responsibility of the bidder/purchaser to manage the removal of their items.

Bidder/Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims, or liabilities up to and including, but not limited to injuries, accidents, theft, or any other type that might occur before, during, or after the sale has been completed including the removal or shipping of items purchased.

While description are believed to be accurate, neither the auctioneer nor the seller make any expressed or implied warranties, claims, or guarantees. The Fultz Group LLC nor any hired or working with them shall not be held responsible or libel for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies.

Any announcements made on the day of sale supersede all printed material. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bid of anyone who is not a registered bidder. Neither auctioneer nor seller shall have any responsibility for internet bidding delays or interruptions. Internet Bidders/Purchasers PLEASE BE AWARE that due to the nature of the internet, delays in transmission could result in the auctioneer failing to recognize your bid. Auctioneer will do their best to work in accommodating varying internet speeds, but is ultimately not responsible for the final result of the delays.
