Estate Sale Terms and Conditions

Welcome to I.C. Treasure Company Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully before attending any sale or purchasing any items from us.

1. Sale Conduct
- All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
- Items are sold "as-is, where-is." We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition or functionality of items.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone disrupting the sale process.
- No personal bags allowed inside the sale. Shopping bags will be prepared if desired.

2. Payment
- We accept cash, and credit/debit cards, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle. No checks are accepted unless otherwise noted.
- Payment in full is required at the time of purchase.

3. Item Pickup
- Purchased items must be removed by the buyer on the day of the sale, unless other arrangements are approved by us in advance.
- Buyers are responsible for any moving, loading, or transport of items. Please bring adequate help and vehicles for large or heavy items.

4. Liability
- Buyers attend the sale at their own risk. I.C. Treasure Company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damage that may occur on the property or during item removal.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or property.

5. Pricing and Discounts
- Pricing is as marked; no haggling or negotiation is permitted unless otherwise stated.
- Any advertised discounts will apply only at specified times and on designated items.

6. Holding of Items
- We do not hold or reserve items prior to the sale. All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

7. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
