Fabulous Finds Estate Sales is having an online estate sale!

 

We are helping our lovely clients empty their gorgeous lakefront home in Mooresville with a 4 day online estate sale. This is a quick sale but a great opportunity to purchase some quality furniture and home decor.  This sale features furniture by Lexington, Stanley, Ashley Furniture and home decor by Uttermost and Home Goods.  These items have been inside the home but have just been moved to the garage for easy pick up. Online Sale Days - Friday, October 31 - Monday, November 3.

Discount day will be on Monday, November 3. Check back on Monday for discounts. Discounts will be marked in the description of each item.  

 

See something you want to purchase? Follow these easy steps to purchase your item.

1. Look carefully at all pictures of the item you are purchasing.  We have taken multiple pictures of each item to accurately capture the condition of the item. All Sales are Final!

2. TEXT us at 615-944-6560 to purchase the item/items.  Please state your full name and the item number/s you wish to purchase.

3.  We will respond to you as quickly as we can!  But please give us some grace as it may take some time to respond. 

4.  Once you have received confirmation that the items are yours to purchase, we will send you a venmo/zelle invoice.  

5.  Once we have sent details for payment to you, please pay within 2 hours.  If payment is not received within 2 hours, we will kindly go to the next person in line.

6.  We are working under a tight timeline so all items MUST be picked up on Sunday, November 9th from 1pm-4pm.  Please make sure you are available to pick up, load and transport your purchases.  Bring tools if disassembly is required. We will not be able to help with loading/moving.

7. We will text you the address and pick up directions.  This will be an efficient process so please come prepared with everything you need and muscle to help!
