A few suggestions:

Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.

Methods of payment: Cash and credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee of 3%).

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns. It is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.

*Preparing for a sale is labor intensive, it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

❄️UPDATE: due to a forecast of additional snow, this sale has been rescheduled for FRIDAY, January 30 from 10AM~4PM.

*Although we don’t typically offer pre-sales, there will be select items available for “BUY IT NOW” (which will be visible on Wed morning around 10AM).  REMINDER: not everything will be priced and available for "Buy It Now"  ~ just some of the larger pieces! Look for the ❄️snowflake❄️ under the picture to find which items are available early! Orders taken in order of receipt!

•Pick up the item during the sale on Fri (or possibly during the weekend, depending on the weather) 

Join us at The Point at a large house that's full of beautiful furniture for every room of the house including several outdoor living pieces, leather theater seats, appliances (kitchen pieces and 2 sets of washer/dryers including a stackable set ), home decor accessories, mirrors, rugs, and much more!

**In fairness to everyone, there are no previews, no pre-sales, nor price quotes.

The door will open promptly at 10 AM on Friday. There will be NO numbers, please just line up. If you start an earlybird sign-up list, we will honor it. Entry will be controlled and limited.

***Although we typically have young men to help load heavy items, that will not be the case on Friday, so please come prepared!!!
