Entry & Parking
• For safety and comfort, entry may be limited and controlled throughout the sale.
• Please park responsibly:
• Do not park in driveways or on grass
• Do not block mailboxes or neighbors’ driveways
Payment
• We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards
• No additional fee is charged for card payments
Important Information
1. Item Removal
• Buyers are responsible for removing all purchased items.
• Please bring your own help and equipment for large or heavy items.
• Staff cannot assist with loading bulky or heavy purchases.
• All items must be removed by the end of the final sale day unless prior arrangements are approved.
2. Sold Items
• Sold tags are available for large items upon request.
• Please complete the tag with your name and phone number.
• Only our official sold tags may be used.
• Once a sold tag is placed, the item is considered purchased.
• Please do not hold items while deciding — ask for assistance instead.
3. Condition of Items
• All merchandise is sold as-is, where-is.
• You are encouraged to inspect items carefully before purchasing.
• Electronics may be tested on site.
• No refunds, exchanges, or guarantees are offered.
4. Offers
• Offers may be submitted on items priced over $100.
• Request an offer form from the sale manager.
• Offers must be at least 60% of the listed price.
• The highest offer will be notified prior to the final sale day.
• Payment is required before opening on the last day, with pickup arranged at that time.
5. Security
• Theft of any kind will result in law enforcement being contacted.
6. Entry Numbers/Sign Up Sheet
• Entry numbers or a sign up sheet MAY be distributed/available approximately 60 minutes before opening.
• One number/sign up per person.
• Shoppers will enter in numerical order at opening time.
• Doors will not open early.
7. Handling Merchandise
• Customers are responsible for any items they damage or break.
8. Respect the Home
• Please treat the property with care.
• No food or drinks inside the home.
9. Pre-Sales, Pricing & Advertised Items
• Pricing information and pre-sales are not available before the sale begins, unless specifically advertised.
• Items featured in our advertising photos and social media represent the sale inventory as it exists at the time of photography. Occasionally, items may be removed prior to the sale date due to family decisions, prior arrangements, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• We make every effort to keep our listings current, but we are unable to guarantee that every pictured item will be available on sale day. We appreciate your understanding.
10. Liability
• Neither the sale company nor the homeowner is responsible for accidents or injuries.
11. Restrooms
• Restroom facilities are not available for public use.
