 Howdy! It is Saturday and have appointments available.  Kayaks are twinning blue and yellow. The belle of a Heckman cabinet is ready to find it's beauty. The leather Italian chairs that swirl and twirl can be yours for the new year! Need some last minute merry shopping call and make your appointment we will absolutely work you in!

A Sweet Transition is hosting a winter wonderland holiday event. With warm wishes, happy tidings, and some peaceful quiet shopping.

This is a rare estate sale with unique exquisite curiosities, elegant lines, rich jewel tones & an elegant flair for the exotic estate sale. 

Sometimes a sale by appointment is necessary due to community, parking, and or traffic restrictions. Due to limited safe parking, on a busy residential street we are excited to wrap up the last minute holiday shopping experience in a peaceful, quiet, everything is sugar plum nice flouncy merry bow. 

We also offer 20 minutes with Abby FaceTime shopping appointments for those too far or too cozy to get out into the cold. These are limited to one each hour and must be reserved ahead of time. 

Each 50 minute appointment is limited to three cars and up to a total of six people at one time. If you are bringing friends please include them in scheduling. 

We do not give prices before the sale begins nor do we presell. I will mark items sold as they sell on estatesales.net. We still have more to put out so some items may not be individually photographed before they are put out. 

If you are shopping by FaceTime all items purchased during FaceTime must be paid for at the time of purchase either through Venmo, PayPal or Zelle and shoppers are responsible for pickup. If items are shipped, the buyer is responsible for all postage and packing fees. 

The owners have downsized and have generously parted with family heirlooms and excess. Please remember friends and neighbors shop as well so be courteous with your remarks.
