2) We will provide sold stickers at each of our sales. Customers may not use their own.
3) Be sure to examine all items and test them before buying. We do not accept returns of items that have left the sale. Items are sold as is. We can not guarantee all electronic items are in working order.
4) Discounts when purchasing large amounts of bundled items.
5) Buyer is responsible for removal of items purchased before the closing of the last day of the sale. We may be able to make additional arrangements if more time is needed.
6) Any stealing or switching of price tags will be brought to the attention of the local authorities.
7) We will open the doors to the sale at the designated time.
8) Please, if you decide not to buy an item return the item to its place.
9) Please dispose of any trash in the proper receptacles.
10) We can not sell any items prior to to the sale due to the fact that it is unfair to others.
11) We will provide a sign-up sheet for each sale.
12) We are not responsible for any accidents on site.
13) There will be a 3% charge on all credit card transactions.
14) We do not provide packing materials or boxes.
15) Please, no food, drink or pets.
16) Please park on the street but please be courteous to the neighbors.

All furniture that is in the sale are roughly 4 years old. Very high end furniture from Arhaus which are the 2 striped chairs, dining room table, chairs and bench, and a beautiful coffee table. Many gorgeous plants, bedding, large Euro throw pillows, 2 poufs, kitchen items, knick knacks, baking pans, and so much more! We have a Sealy Ease split California King bed with the remote and an upholstered headboard and the matching bedroom suite. Four chairs and a round dining table and a few amazing Asian style cabinets too. Southwest motif rugs, a pale blue Chesterfield style couch, small side tables, and really stunning floor lamps. Most items from brands like Arhaus, antique stores, Anthropologie, Pottery Barn, etc. Please understand that the furniture brands are great luxury names and we will definitely work with you on the prices.
There's a separate barn that has all kinds of beer making supplies, some tools, nails and screws, scarp wood - some very exotic. Office furniture, a food smoker, even a cool metal dragon table!! Shell loading supplies, sets of formal wine glasses, and a huge gear artwork clock that lights up! Beach buggy wagon, conference event booth, large shredding machine, and a huge palm plant in a cobalt pot but you'd have to have a way to move that one from the second floor of the barn. A popcorn machine, talking mounted Billy Bass fish gag, Lastly, a Nordictrack running machine C910i. There's so much cool stuff at this sale I can't list everything.
