Due to this house being on a private road, parking is very, very limited. We will have personal stationed at the top of the driveway directing parking. There is some limited parking on the street, and we ask that you do not block any driveways or mailboxes. The street runs off of Blue Ridge Road which is only two lanes with a medium in the middle. This house has a downhill circular driveway under a portico which needs to remain clear for any pick-ups of large items or purchases. Grandma's Original Estate Services is pleased to present our next sale for Estate of Chalie Gaddy and Nancy Radkin Gaddy! Many of you will remember Charlie behind the anchor desk at WRAL-TV and Nancy as the owner of Raleigh Junior Cotillion.

There is an outstanding postmodern black lacquer platform bed with a round mirrored headboard and lighting underneath. The set includes a 6-drawer dresser with mirror, two side tables and a bench/table. There are several wardrobes, dressers, bar stools, desks and chairs of many styles.

You will also find both current and vintage electronics - turntables, speakers, radios, mics, a karaoke machine, printers and much more.

In the basement area there is a pool table, tools, outdoor items and Christmas. the kitchen and dining area are overflowing with everyday items and everything needed for casual entertaining and fine dining.

The shelves are full of books, and the clothing racks and closets are overflowing with men and woman's clothing, hats, shoes and accessories!
