A 3% charge will be applied for each credit/debit card use.
Must bring proper ID for credit cards.
Bring enough help to load large items.
We are not responsible for any accidents on site.
If you break an item, you must pay for the item you broke.
All items are sold "AS IS", NO REFUNDS.
Prices are Non-Negotiable first day of sale.
Anyone caught stealing will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
No Food, Drinks or Pets allowed inside of home.
Please keep small children in your control.
We do not allow any outside "sold tags" aside from our own.
We do not provide packing material or boxes .
DO NOT park in driveway unless you are loading items.
we are hosting a second sale for this Raleigh estate. Everything you see in the photos will be for sale plus more. As we set up the week of the sale, I will be adding more pictures. We are very negotiable and the family wants to sell it all!
