A 5% Buyer's Premium will apply to in house purchases. A 10% Buyer's Premium will be applied to absentee and phone bids. A valid North Carolina photo ID and either permit or CCW will be required for gun purchases. Valid driver’s license and phone number will be required to register for a number.
