Terms of Tag Sale:
1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Estate tag sale to be conducted at the auction house on Friday June 20th from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday June 21st from 9:00am-2:00pm. Estate sale will feature two estates that could not conduct a sale on their premise due to lack of parking. There will be numerous toys, character items, collectibles, gas and oil items, advertising pieces, glassware, China, Coca Cola collectibles, military items and more. This will be a great estate tag sale. Details are coming. No presales. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside the door one hour prior to sale start time on each day.
