Terms & Conditions
There will be a limit number of people allowed in at a time(about 12-15). Face coverings are your choice and recommended if you have a compromised immune system. Entry numbers given out an hour before opening. All sales are final, cash, personal check with 2 IDs (preferred), credit cards (3% fee) cash app. You will need to arrange your own extra muscle for large pieces . All purchased items MUST be removed no later than Jan 20th before 5pm (no exceptions unless different arrangements are made) , any damage in removing a large piece is the responsibility of the buyer, we are not responsible for accidents. There are lots of fragile items in this sale, if you break something it will be your new broken somethin . **Large handbags and backpacks are not allowed. Shopping bags and boxes will be provided.
