•At 9am, the 1st 20 numbers will be called, in order, for entry
•This home is not an open concept modern home. The narrow hallway and smaller rooms allow safe shopping for a limited number of buyers at a time. We reserve the right to hold the line for safety reasons, as needed. We will do our absolute best not to do this unless it is absolutely necessary.
•Please bring your own bags and boxes, We will have several, but there are a limited number available
•Coffee and Hot Chocolate will be available.
•Please be respectful of other shoppers and of the home
•There will 1 designated entry and exit door. Please form a single file checkout line down the hallway
•Enter the home at your own risk. In & Out Estate Sales is not responsible for any personal accidents, injuries or harm. Please use patience and caution as you make your way through the home
•If you do not see a price tag or sticker, please bring the item to the register and it will be priced for you. If you decide you no longer want the item, we will return it to its place for you
•There will a holding area available if you have your arms full and would like to continue shopping. We will assign a number to a box, label it for you and return it to you when you are ready to check out.
