Blackwater Creek Estate Sale in Wilson, NC

Terms

1) We accept cash, credit and debit cards.
2) We will provide sold stickers at each of our sales. Customers may not use their own.
3) Be sure to examine all items and test them before buying. We do not accept returns of items that have left the sale. Items are sold as is. We can not guarantee all electronic items are in working order.
4) Discounts when purchasing large amounts of bundled items.
5) Buyer is responsible for removal of items purchased before the closing of the last day of the sale. We may be able to make additional arrangements if more time is needed.
6) Any stealing or switching of price tags will be brought to the attention of the local authorities.
7) We will open the doors to the sale at the designated time.
8) Please, if you decide not to buy an item return the item to its place.
9) Please dispose of any trash in the proper receptacles.
10) We can not sell any items prior to to the sale due to the fact that it is unfair to others.
11) We will provide a sign-up sheet for each sale.
12) We are not responsible for any accidents on site.
13) There will be a 3% charge on all credit card transactions.
14) We do not provide packing materials or boxes.
15) Please, no food, drink or pets.
16) Please park on the street but please be courteous to the neighbors.
