Detailed Home Solutions is proud to announce our next estate sale in a beautiful home in Prairiewood.

This will be an incredible sale with high quality items.

We will have booties/ shoe covers for you to wear throughout the home, in order to protect the floor and carpeting.

The Home will be listed For Sale after the Estate Sale, and the Realtor information will be available at the Cashier Table. If you have any questions about the home, please contact the realtor.

My clients have put minimum prices on a few items, so if they are not sold at their minimum price, they will be included with the sale of the home. At the end of the sale, they will be sold to the highest bidder at or above their minimum price- They will be available all weekend, but not at discount prices. All outdoor items are NOT FOR SALE, and will remain with the home for family, so please do not shop outside, as all items for sale will be located inside the home and garage.

We will only be using the front door for entry and exit — for larger items being picked up in the driveway, we will temporarily open the garage door for you, but those doors are not meant to be opened otherwise.

Entry tickets will be handed out at 8:30 on Saturday morning. If you arrive after 8:30, please line up after the customers with tickets.

Saturday will be full price, Sunday is half price (some exclusions apply) and Monday will be clearance when we will be open to all offers. Bids will be accepted on items over $50 in our bid box.

We will limit the number of people let into the home when we open, to ensure that people have time to put on shoe covers. The blue covers are large, and fit up to a size 12 shoe, the black covers are extra large and fit up to a size 13 men’s shoe. There will be a few chairs in the entrance if you want to sit down to put them on, but please don’t leave the entrance area without shoe covers on.

Please park carefully and do not block neighbors driveways. The homeowner’s driveway will be for picking up larger items. If needed, you may make arrangements for pick up after sale hours.
