Bids can be placed on items over $100.00. Bids will be accepted until 4:00 pm CST on Sunday, April 27th. Once bidding ends, all bidders will be contacted. If there are more than one bidder, an auction over the phone will take place.

If you are out of town, shipping is available (added to your bill).

Initial bids will be 50% of the full asking price of any item over $100.00. Throughout the remainder of the sale, higher bids will be accepted to increase the sale price up to the original asking price.

All items under $100.00 will be half-price beginning Sunday.

All items are sold as is. We ask that you please inspect items carefully. All sales are final.

Our first sale of the year will be in Regency neighborhood. We are excited to present a lovely sale in this townhouse. We have quality furnishings from manufacturer's Broyhill, Dolce Babi, Durham, Ethan Allen, Hitchcock, King Hickory, Howard Miller, Tradition House, Berkshire and others.

Select from a collection of art including etchings, lithographs, serigraphs and watercolors including works of Sandra Finkenberg, J. Hubbeling, Lowell Nesbitt and more. You will also find art glass from Adam Jablonski, Radko items, lawn & garden sculptures.

For dinner entertaining there is a set of Franciscan Renaissance Gold china & stemware or Noritake Reina china with serving pieces. Serve your wine from your wine bar/rack.

Naturally the kitchen is complete with all types of cookware and equipment, everything from Nespresso and Keurig coffee machines, Kitchenaid stand mixer, stockpots & pans to measuring spoons and spatulas. There are everyday bowls, cups, etc.

Bed, bath and table linens as well as decorator pillows are here too. Selections of floor, table lamps and a wide choice of decorator items are located throughout the home.

Keep fit with your choice of exercise equipment: Bowflex Home Gym System, ProForm Elliptical Exerciser, or Schwinn Airdyne bicycle. Then relax on the patio with its table & chairs set, chaise lounge or start up the smoker. And don't forget to check out the garage where you will see ladders. storage cabinets, a pet exercise run fencing, a GE Profile refrigerator, Christmas decorations and more. The basement also has a vintage B&D radial arm saw, a Brother DCP Laser printer/copier, excess bed pillows and everyday miscellaneous too.

Our sale hours are 10 AM to 4 PM on Friday and Saturday, April 25th-26th, and 10 AM to 5 PM on Sunday, April 27th.

Bidding on items over $100 ends at 4pm Sunday. The house is located on a cul-de-sac and parking is not allowed in the circle. There are designated parking spots within the circle but are limited. Additionally, we kindly request that you refrain from parking in front of mailboxes or blocking driveways in the vicinity. As always, we thank you for your continued cooperation.
