As always, we work with our patrons.
We will not hold items for anyone without a down-payment and can only hold the item/items for one hour at which time it will go back for sale.
Large Backpacks will not be allowed. We have boxes here if needed. Bring totes if you have them
You must make your own arrangements for moving any heavy items or furniture. We prefer larger furniture wait to be removed on the last day of the sale. We will have a dolly on hand if you need to use one.
Items are sold as is.
If you break an item, you will need to buy the item.
We are not responsible for any personal injury accidents. Enter at your own risk.
This sale has crystal and glass items. If you bring children please be mindful of the China and glassware at this sale.
Bring extra paper to wrap any items that can be broken.
