- Buyers are responsible for moving, loading, and transporting their purchases. The family is unable to assist with heavy lifting. Please bring bags for small items.
- All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties, guarantees, or returns. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before purchase.
- First Come, First Served - We do not maintain a signup sheet or hold items. Buyers must be present to purchase.
- Attendees enter at their own risk. The family is not responsible for any injuries, damage, or loss that may occur on the property.
- The family reserves the right to remove or change items for sale before or during the event.
- For security purposes, the premises may be monitored. Theft or suspicious behavior will be reported to authorities.
