All of our sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All items are sold as is, we are not able to certify, verify, or speak to the functionality of any given item. We accept Cash, Venmo, Credit Cards, Cashapp, PayPal, and Checks (With Proper ID) Prior to our sales. Items that are shipped will not be shipped until we are thoroughly satisfied with the validity of that payment. Checks will not be accepted on the day of an estate sale. Only Cash, Cashapp and Venmo will be accepted the day of sale. We are complying with all local laws and ordinances in regards to social distancing and may ask entry into an estate sale to be staggered to give all patrons a proper amount of space. Anyone who is unable or unwilling to comply with rules will be asked to leave. We will ask you to leave if you decide to inconvenience/berate any clientele or staff for any reason. We will prosecute shoplifters to the fullest extent of the law. The owners of the property have the right to deny anyone access to their property. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone with no reason given. No large bags or purses allowed.

Alivio Estate & Liquidation

This will be an on-site estate sale we will be accepting only Cash, Cashapp, Venmo and Credit Card payments. No pets will be allowed in the home please leave them at home. No large bags will be allowed in. There will be no numbers given out ahead of time this sale will be in a first come first serve basis (We will be going by the list we create once we arrive). If you enter the home you have given your consent to be filmed. You must wear booties, or take your shoes off to go upstairs. We are open to selling items prior to the sale, but will not be giving out prices ahead of time (Please do not reach out asking for prices, we are strictly taking offers).
