Sign up sheet for the home will be out after 6pm the night before the sale. That is the only list that will be honored.
Due to a packed house and tight quarters there will only be a handful of people allowed in at a time.
We will open the garage as well so people waiting to get into the house can shop in the garage beforehand. Whatever you purchase outside of the house in the garage must be paid for there and what you buy in the house must be paid for inside the house.
