Payment
Payment is due in 7 days after the ending of the sale. We reserve the right to hold merchandise until payment clears. We only accept the bank wire transfer for any payment of more than $2,000.

Oversea Duty
The responsibility of import duty or other extra oversea custom charges goes to the international bidder.
By placing a bid, the buyer agrees to pay any and all import duties associated with the item being shipped. Please consult your local post office for more information in regards to specific duties/tariffs to expect when receiving your item. If a package is not retrieved because of refusal to pay customs charges, NO refunds will be granted without exceptions. Items will be shipped with full value as it is illegal for us to do otherwise.

Condition of Sale
The following Conditions of Sale and Terms of Guarantee are Quan Rong Gallery's entire agreement with the purchaser relative to the property listed in our store. By participating in any sale, you acknowledge that you are bound by these terms and conditions. We have exercised reasonable care to describe correctly the property to be sold, but we do not warrant the correctness of authorship, period, source, origin, authenticity, measurement, or condition of said property. No statements shall be deemed such a warranty or representation or an assumption of liability with respect thereto, but are to be construed as opinions only. Buyers are encouraged to personally examine all property to be sold and to determine its condition, size, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored. As a service to prospective purchasers, we may note the physical condition of certain items. However, the fact that damages, repairs, restorations, or other defects are described for certain items, does not mean that all defects to such items are described or that similar conditions do not exist with respect to other items although not noted. Such descriptions are not intended to negate the conditions of sale included in our store.

Withdrawal
We reserve the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.BiddingWe reserve the right to reject any bid. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser. Your bid is a legally binding contract. We require the purchaser to remit the purchase price.


Shipping Method
Most items are sent via USPS Priority or UPS ground service mails which are the quickest and safest shipping method that the Postal Service provides. We do reserve the right to ship higher-priced items via DHL/FedEx as deemed necessary. This is solely to ensure the safety of the item being shipped. Also, some larger items will have to be shipped via UPS because of the Postal Service size limitations. If you have any questions in regards to shipping a particular item please email us.

Sales Tax
All purchases in 45 States are subject to sales tax due to the economic nexus unless the purchaser possesses a sales tax exemption or resale number and registers that number with the company.

Returning & Refunding
Our store only accepts a return from the domestic buyers in the United States. We accept no return from international buyers. After receiving this item, the purchaser has 7 days for inspection. The purchaser pays for all shipping fees and will be charged a 10% processing fee. After receiving the returned item and making sure it is still intact and salable, we will refund the purchaser a reasonable amount of money.
