All items sold “AS IS”. All winning bids and their items must be paid in full and removed from the premises by the end of the auction. Any special agreements for holding items won must be requested and approved by management BEFORE bidding starts. There is a 15% buyer’s premium on all auction purchases. Payments with a credit/debit card have a 3.5% CC Fee.
