Payment:
Payment is due no later than 3 days following the auction. A late fee may be added after 3 days to your invoice.

Shipping:
We provide a shipping service. (USPS or UPS). Insurance is optional and paid by the buyer. Hoboken Auctions is not responsible for damaged or lost packages. There is a handling fee for each lot.
The buyer is responsible for re-arranging returned packages.
ANY PACKAGE THAT HAVEN'T BEEN PICKED UP IN 90 DAYS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED.

Condition of the items:
The nature of the lots sold in our auctions is such that they will rarely be in perfect condition, and are likely, due to their nature and age, to show signs of wear, damage, and other imperfections, restoration or repair. Hoboken Gallery provides condition information for each lot however any reference to condition in catalog entry may not be a full description of the condition.
