Any higher priced items can have an offer left on them, and highest offer at close of sale if not sold will go to the highest bidder.
We nor are the homeowner responsible for any accidents, so please be careful. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
A sign up sheet for the sale will be placed outside by the front door at 6:00 P.M. the evening before the sale.
