No prices will be given before the sale, no pre sales, or phone sales to be fair to everyone.
There will be NO public restrooms.
Any higher priced items can have an offer left on them, and highest offer at close of sale if not sold will go to the highest bidder.
We nor are the homeowner responsible for any accidents, so please be careful. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

This weekend we have a fantastic sale for you in Howell! This lovely homeowner has decided its time to put the Windex down, unplug the electrolux and rest and relax at a downsized apartment. Now to find new loving homes for all of her treasures!!! This house has been kept neat as a pin and it shows! Everything lovingly cared for, and it great shape!! We have tons of clothing, costume jewelry, shoes, handbags, vintage GI JOES 1964, Vintage toys, tons of holiday decor, two mini fridges, brand new cordless snow shovel, vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, tools, yard tools, picture frames, picture art, vintage kitchen items, Pyrex, corningware, kitchen table set, dining room set with two leaves/6 chairs and china hutch. Master bedroom set to include queen bed, two nightstands, armoire and long dresser with round mirror, luggage, kenmore sewing machine, tons of brand new Hess trucks, christmas tree, cleaning supplies, towels, office supplies, and so much more!!
