Holds: Items may not be held without payment unless approved by our team.

Pick-Up: Purchases must be removed from the property during the designated sale hours unless otherwise arranged with our team. Buyers are responsible for transporting their purchases and providing any necessary assistance for larger or heavier items. Please come prepared with appropriate help and equipment for furniture or other oversized purchases.

Liability: Buyers assume all responsibility for items once purchased. The estate sale company, homeowner, and property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage occurring during the removal or transportation of purchased items.

After more than 30 years of memories, collecting, entertaining, and living, Eleanor’s home is ready for its next chapter.

Eleanor was a longtime New Jersey boutique owner who successfully operated her business for more than three decades. Her incredible eye for style extended beyond the boutique and into her home, resulting in a collection filled with vintage treasures, unique furnishings, artwork, collectibles, fashion, home décor, and everyday pieces accumulated over a lifetime.

After recently transitioning into her next chapter, we have spent considerable time thoughtfully sorting, purging, cleaning, organizing, and staging the home to uncover the treasures that have been tucked away over the years.

This is a true dig-and-discover estate sale with a tremendous amount of inventory and something for a wide range of shoppers. Expect to find:

PLEASE NOTE:

This is the second and final weekend of the sale, following our dedicated fashion sale featuring the boutique inventory. While a portion of the clothing and accessories will have been sold during the first weekend, there will still be lots of clothing and accessories available during this sale, along with the many other contents of the home.

Some items may have been sold or removed prior to this event, and photographs may not represent every item that will be available at the time of the sale. We will do our best to keep the listing updated as the sale approaches.
