Due to the size of the home, we will limit the number of people allowed to 45 at one time. This is for your safety, our safety, and the safety of others.

No Handbags, Purses, Fanny packs, or Book bags are allowed in this sale. Unfortunately, multiple people have placed items in these bags and tried leaving without paying. These are the rules. If you wish not to follow them, this sale is not for you. You can bring a reusable shopping bag that does not zip, snap, or button close. We reserve the right to check all reusable shopping bags upon exit.

Pre-sales are only authorized on furniture. They are sold as-is and must be picked up during the sale; they cannot be picked up before the sale. We do not allow private sales or tours before the sale unless you plan on buying out the entire estate. We require a $500 nonrefundable deposit, which will be used towards your estate sale buyout.

Cash, Card, and Venmo are accepted. A 3% fee is added for all card purchases.
