Best of the Best partial pickers sale house is packed with Quality items. This is a 3600 foot house with great stuff in every room some of the rooms will be a pickers delight as there is just is so much in every room. This family were also world travelers so you will find things they collected on their many travels. Friday 9 to 3 -Saturday 9 to 3 and Sunday 10 to 2 only. This house is packed . LUCKY DAY ESTATE SALES .PLEASE READ DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS OR MAILBOXES.EVERYTHING MUST GO, Most everything in the house is for sale..This is a cash only sale. We are not responsible for accidents on the property. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges, and all items are sold as is with no guarantee. Masks are optional. You may start an entrance list on the first day of the sale. We will open sharply at 9 AM, and close sharply at 3 on Friday and 3 on Saturday , we will also open on Sunday if there is anything left 10 to 2 only on Sunday. If you want to start a list early on the first day leave it on your car windshield or put it on the front step, take a picture with date and time stamp, and make that list available to all that come. You cannot make a list the day before the sale. I will not honor a day before list. We will open the whole house .Parking is good. We will do our very best to get everyone inside in a safe and timely manner. We always start on time .Street parking is good for this sale and you will be able to pull into the driveway for pick ups if necessary. PLEASE do not block driveways or mailboxes . There will be no bags allowed into the sale, we will be giving you boxes and trays and tubs for your shopping convenience. This sale is for FRIDAY 9 to 3 and SATURDAY ONLY. 9 to 3,and maybe Sunday 10 to 2 if anything is left. We open sharply at 9 am and close at 3 pm on Friday and Saturday ,Sunday is 10 to 2 only. Weather may affect theses times and dates so please watch for updates on the websites.

One of the best sales we have ever had the house is packed with the best of the best. Look at the pictures to see for yourself. Vintage to new in the box it is all here, The owner was an avid photographer with a dark room in one of the two basements so lots of quality cameras, some nice artwork picked up from his many travels. The house itself is loaded with everything, Top of the line electronics, great vintage clothing ,dishes, Lenox, Pyrex , Corning ware ,loads of China sets, some tools, bamboo fishing poles and reels, vintage artwork , barware, Hummel's ,boy scout books and memorabilia, ceramics, a 1970 Raleigh Record 10 speed ( I had this same bike when I was in college a great vintage find), tons and tons of books and magazines, Snoopy and so much more .My customers have found some great things at my last 3 sales and this will be no different. Weather may impact the hours or days of this sale, but we will update it when we get closer to the weekend stay tuned as this is a very good sale.
