-Please do not park in the driveway- there is plenty of parking on the street.
-Please do not block driveways or mailboxes.
-First person on morning of sale start a list for entry, place on garage side porch for others to sign, and take a picture for time stamp. We will begin to admit people promptly at 9 am.
-We are not responsible for accidents on the property.
- All items are being sold as is with no refunds or exchanges and no guarantees.
- Please bring help for large or heavy purchases. All purchased items must be removed from home by 4 pm unless other arrangements are made. Items not picked up will be donated and no refund policy will be inforced
- Sold stickers will be placed by staff only after item is paid in full
- No restrooms
- No pets permitted inside home

(All appliances- with the exception of refrigerator and freezer in basement utility room- NOT INCLUDED in sale)
