ESTATE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

By entering the sale, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

PAYMENT

CASH ONLY. No checks, credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, or other forms of electronic payment will be accepted.
All sales are FINAL. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits.
Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing. Items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no guarantees or warranties.

PICK-UP & LOADING

Buyers are responsible for removing and transporting their own purchases.
Estate of Mind and its staff are not responsible for moving, lifting, loading, transporting, or delivering purchased items.
BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING THEIR OWN HELP to move and load large, heavy, or bulky items.
Please come prepared with appropriate vehicles, tools, straps, blankets, dollies, and sufficient manpower for your purchases.
Purchased items must be removed during the designated pickup period unless otherwise arranged in advance.

PROPERTY & DAMAGE

Buyers are responsible for any damage they cause to the property while removing or transporting their purchases.
This includes, but is not limited to, damage to walls, floors, doors, stairs, railings, fixtures, landscaping, or other property.
Any damage caused by a buyer or anyone assisting the buyer is the buyer’s responsibility and may be subject to reimbursement for repair costs.
Please use care and caution when removing furniture and other items from the home.

SAFETY & LIABILITY

Enter and shop at your own risk.
Estate of Mind, its owners, employees, and representatives are not responsible for accidents, injuries, slips, trips, falls, or personal property damage occurring during the sale, to the extent permitted by law.
Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.
Please do not climb on furniture, enter restricted areas, or move items that are not for sale.

BATHROOMS

RESTROOMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC.
Please plan accordingly before entering the sale.

GENERAL

Estate of Mind reserves the right to refuse service, limit quantities, establish purchase limits, or ask anyone to leave the premises when necessary.
Please respect the home, the property, the staff, and other shoppers.
All purchases are final.
