Immense Middletown Estate Sale by Attic to the Basement

Thank you for your interest in our expansive Middletown Estate Sale. We have an incredible range of items available. 

First and foremost, our collection includes a vast assortment of women’s clothing in sizes medium, large, and extra-large, along with brand new shoes in various styles such as boots, low boots, flats, and sandals in size 10. You will also find a variety of brand new handbags. Additionally, we have numerous bottles of brand new perfume, some still in their original packaging.

Our selection extends to several brand new bottles of facial and body creams, makeup, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and much more—all completely new. 

In the kitchen, you'll discover an array of brand new appliances still in their boxes, as well as several dish sets, glassware, linens, and tablecloths. The bedroom upstairs to the right is filled with brand new clothing with tags, featuring well-known labels such as Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Alfani, and many others in sizes medium and large. 

We also offer a large selection of vintage T-shirts from the 80s and 90s, including several from New York radio stations like 102.7 WNEW and others. You will find brand new sheet sets, curtains, bedding, and pillows. 

The garage is stocked with Christmas items, a snowblower, a power washer, and many other surprises. The basement is brimming with craft supplies, candles, toys, and various household items. This sale is one you won’t want to miss, with phenomenal prices awaiting you. We look forward to welcoming you on Friday.

For your convenience, we offer a third-party delivery service for a fee, with most deliveries scheduled on Mondays and Tuesdays during business hours. Please ensure you are home during your designated delivery time. If you are not present or if you cancel, we will be unable to reschedule your delivery, and no refunds will be provided for the items purchased.

Empty bags are permitted at the Estate Sale, but please understand that we will check them. This is not intended as an insult; it is simply a precaution due to past experiences. We plan to allow 15 to 20 people inside at a time and will move the line as swiftly as possible. 

If you choose to start a list, it is your responsibility to manage it. We will not intervene if a list is left on the door the night before the sale and is removed or altered. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you at this extraordinary sale!
