Thank you for your interest in our Middletown estate sale, featuring an exquisite selection of Mid-Century Modern contemporary furniture. Highlights include a stunning Tibetan storage cabinet, a pair of beige chaise lounges, and large accent storage cabinets that can easily complement any décor. Our collection also boasts a beautiful assortment of wall art in various sizes, lamps, and Mid-Century Modern kitchen items.

Among our offerings is a rectangular dining table that seats ten and comes with two matching leaves. While we do not have a complete set of chairs for this table, we do have two sets of four matching chairs. Additionally, you'll find Asian-style accent furniture and a variety of home décor items, including Lenox and Mikasa china. Our inventory encompasses furniture for the bedroom, living room, and dining room, as well as sectional sofas, a wine cellar filled with rustic decorative accessories, and outdoor wrought iron patio furniture, complete with a large crank umbrella.

The basement is filled with treasures, featuring room after room of hidden closets stocked with pots, pans, bowls, gym equipment, boxes of hangers, and numerous brand-new outdoor party plastic cups. You'll also discover several boxes of brand-new white dish sets, each containing four pieces. This sale truly offers an abundance of unique finds, including some delightful jewelry.

The sale will begin promptly at 9 AM on Saturday morning for early birds. While a list may be started, it is your responsibility to maintain it, as we cannot be held accountable for any alterations or removals. We offer a third-party delivery service for a fee; most deliveries occur during business hours on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please ensure you are home during your scheduled delivery time, as a second delivery will not be arranged, and refunds for purchased items will not be provided.

Attic to the Basement will be happy to assist you in carrying items weighing 15 pounds or less to your vehicle, provided we are available to do so.
