Sale Details:**
- **Start Time:** The sale will commence promptly at 9 AM on Friday morning. 
- **Early Birds:** You are welcome to create a list; however, please note that you are responsible for maintaining it. We will not intervene if a list is altered or removed. 
**Visitor Recommendations:**
- Please wear appropriate footwear; sneakers are recommended due to some unique flooring conditions.
- There is ample street parking available, but be prepared for a short walk down the driveway.
- **Assistance with Heavy Items:** Please bring sufficient help for heavier items. We are happy to assist you with carrying anything up to 10 pounds, provided we are not busy with other customers.

**Payment Options:**
We accept cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay. 

**Delivery Service:**
We offer a third-party delivery service for a fee. Deliveries typically occur on Mondays and Tuesdays during business hours. It is your responsibility to be home during your scheduled delivery time. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a second delivery, nor will refunds be issued for items purchased during the estate sale if you are unavailable.

**Important Reminder:**
Please be cautious when purchasing multiple items. We cannot be held responsible for any items left behind, as our focus will be on serving other customers and ensuring the safety of the home. If you do leave something behind and we identify it, we will happily set it aside for you, but you must return to pick it up the following day.
