- You must pay your bill IN FULL by the end of the auction.
- Once the auctioneer says "SOLD" the item becomes the responsibility of the buyer.
- All items must be removed from property day of sale.
- Arrangements must be made with auctioneer if more time is needed to remove vehicles and larger items.
- Shipping container must be removed from the property within 1 week of auction.
