- 14% buyers premium - with a 4% discount with cash payment

- You must pay your bill IN FULL by the end of the auction.

- Once the auctioneer says "SOLD" the item becomes the responsibility of the buyer.

- All items must be removed from property day of sale & Sunday 10-12 PM.

- ONCE THE ITEM IS SOLD IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER!

- Auctioneer is not responsible for items left on the property.

- Arrangements must be made with auctioneer if more time is needed to remove vehicles and larger items.

- Shipping container must be removed from the property within 1 week of auction.

Sale will continue inside front 3 bay garage to sell doll houses, Nascar, die-cast models & tools.

Sale will continue in the back yard with rows of power tools, hand tools, etc

Vehicles will be sold approximately 1:00 PM BUT NOT BEFORE.

Sale will finish in the back garage, Snap On tool boxes, tables of tools, shop equipment.
