Join us at our exquisite estate sale in Monmouth Beach, featuring a stunning array of shore and beach-themed decor, outdoor patio sets, an 8 x 8 Tucci umbrella stand with plate, decorative plants, a television, display cabinets, Glass top Driftwood sofa table, live edge mid-century modern style end tables, a writer's desk, contemporary shelving units, car mats, kitchen items, small Italian brand appliances, Large gorgeous shell mirror, among many other treasures. All items are conveniently located on the first floor for easy removal.
Additionally, we offer an extensive selection of Free People clothing in medium and large sizes, many of which are in excellent condition.
Please note that parking can be challenging on Ocean Avenue. We suggest utilizing nearby side streets or the parking lot available six doors down at the cultural center. To ensure safety and avoid ticketing, please refrain from parking directly on Ocean Avenue. There is a driveway designated for pick-up and drop-off only, as well as a small cobblestone road adjacent to the property. This private road allows parking on the left side for short durations only.
For your convenience, we provide third-party delivery services for a fee. Please be advised that this is a professional service, and costs will vary based on distance, item size, and the number of personnel required for safe pick-up and delivery. Deliveries are scheduled for Mondays and Tuesdays during business hours. It is essential that you are home at the designated delivery time; otherwise, refunds will not be issued, and rescheduling is not available. If you plan to remove large items, please ensure you have adequate assistance, as all items must be cleared from the property by Monday afternoon without exceptions.
Should you wish to create a list, please note that it is your responsibility to maintain it, as we are not liable for any alterations or removals.
