• A deposit is required to hold furniture or large items. Deposits are non-refundable if the item is not picked up as agreed.
• Buyers are responsible for moving and loading all purchases. Please bring adequate help for large or heavy items.
• We are unable to assist with moving or loading furniture.
• Please bring your own wrapping paper, boxes, bags, totes, blankets, or other packing materials for fragile items and furniture. Packing materials will not be provided.
• Large purchases must be removed by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Prices are firm at the start of each sale day. Any discounts, if offered, will be announced during the sale.
• No pre-sales, early sales, holds, or price quotes before the sale.
• Entry is at your own risk. The estate company and homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to persons or property.
• Please be respectful of the home, neighbors, and landscaping.
• Children must remain with an adult at all times.
• Please do not block driveways or mailboxes when parking.
• Shoplifting will be prosecuted.
• The hot tub and grill are not included in the sale.
